You don’t get any follow up and the service is poor at best. They ordered parts and never called me. They also took almost a month to fix the car. I would not recommend going to this dealer. The front end paint for the titan is cracking and falling off. They said, it is because bugs. The truck has 5000k miles. I don’t recommend you get a black titan.

Terrible business that practice deception and lies just to scrape every penny from you. Check your final bill because they will add as much money until you notice. And they are extremely unprofessional how they respond to google reviews. Doesn’t seem like their is one individual who works there that won’t lie or be unprofessional.

I purchased a vehicle at an agreed upon price. Right at the end of the buying process they ask if you want different packages for warranties and the amount they say they add on to your payment is false.I purchased a 2000$ package with turned out to be 5000$. They then made sure to hand the final bill a sale to my son so I wouldn’t catch it. This is a very shady and scummy business that will take advantage of anyone they can lay their hands on.

Have been there for oil changes, I highly recommend to ask for Kyle as your mechanic, he has worked on my car every time and is excellent very courteous and very personable, a mechanic that actually cares about you and your vehicle.. they normally have specials with oil changes and definitely coming back
